Now that you have been introduced to LIPO in Part 1 and a proper diet in Part 2 let’s review the last part of the series. In Part 3 we’ll talk about physical activity while on LIPO (MIC+B12). When you are injecting LIPO twice a week (which may help burn fat, detoxify the body, prevent cholesterol build up and speed up the metabolism) and eating properly it is necessary to commit and complete at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Part 3 of the series will talk about the physical activity that should be done to help round out your LIPO (MIC+B12) protocol.
What type of physical activity?
30 minutes a day is the minimum physical activity recommended for a healthy lifestyle. Below is a list of ideas to accomplish 30 minutes of physical activity.
